My practice sits at the Intersection

of Counselling and Creativity



I work with people navigating change, where reflection and creative thinking need structure. Together we clarify what is happening, put complex experiences into words, creating clarity before decisions are made, and translate insight into next steps.



My background is Arts & Culture


where ambiguity, pressure, and creative processes are part of everyday work. Moving through these environments shaped how I listen, how I think, and how I work with complexity. I have worked in creative and organisational roles, often positioned between people, ideas, and expectations - at the boundary between personal, cultural, and professional contexts. This experience shaped my approach to counselling: structured, dialogical, and attentive to complexity.



Today I am a professionally trained coach and in the midst of my MA studies in Workplace Counselling, accompanying people through phases of change when roles shift, directions become unclear, and new perspectives need time and space to form.
