My background spans 20+ years in Arts & Culture

where I worked at the boundary between people, ideas, and institutions. That experience shaped how I listen, how I ask, and how I hold complexity without rushing toward resolution.

This commitment to complexity extends to my own development.
I am currently deepening my practice through an MA in Coaching, Mediation, Supervision, and Organisational Consulting
